Department: Inpatient Rehab-Infant/Toddler

Location: 200 Somerset St., New Brunswick, NJ 08901

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls, screens calls, takes messages and provides information according to established policies
• Deals discreetly with sensitive and confidential information
• Transcribes dictation, types correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc.
• Proofs typed materials, makes corrections and recommends changes
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail; opens, sorts and prioritizes
• Answers routine inquiries
• Facilitates scheduling of inpatients to outside referring facilities and inpatient Ambulatory Care
• Assists in setting up office systems
• Maintains files and established departmental and hospital policies and procedures
• Orders and maintains supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Clerical experience

• Full Time Day

Pay and Location

Pay Range: $17.05 - $22.51 per hour

Location: 200 Somerset St., New Brunswick, NJ 08901

Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the selected candidate will depend on factors including educational background, skills and professional experience.
