Robert Half is partnering with a global leader in technology and eCommerce to recruit a Visual Designer & Producer for the Education and Creative Services team within the Operations Risk and Compliance (ORC) organization. In this role, you’ll design and produce digital content such as explainer videos, infographics, newsletters, and presentations—collaborating across teams while independently managing projects from concept to completion.
Location: Bellevue, WA (onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $55-60/hour
This team creates engaging learning and communication solutions for audiences across worldwide operations. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with expertise in graphic design, video production, and multimedia content creation, capable of turning complex ideas into clear and compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets for educational and internal communication purposes, including eLearning modules, PowerPoint presentations, email campaigns, and digital marketing collateral.
- Produce and edit videos—including animated explainers, illustrated demonstrations, and live-action content—from storyboarding through final delivery.
- Create engaging infographics, visual guides, and illustrations that simplify complex information.
- Manage the full creative process: concept, design, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Deliver brand-aligned design and video content that adheres to internal standards and enhances storytelling impact.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align design strategy with communication goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends in video production, motion graphics, and visual communication.
- Ensure high-quality execution while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of experience in visual design and digital production, with strong emphasis on:
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- PowerPoint design and presentation layout
- Digital video production and editing
- Graphic design, illustration, and photography
- Email newsletter and marketing collateral design
- Experience producing animated or illustrated explainer videos.
- Strong attention to detail, design sensibility, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across creative and business teams.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Online portfolio demonstrating a range of design and video work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing educational or instructional content.
- Knowledge of brand design, typography, and digital production workflows.
- Experience with both print and digital production deliverables.
- Self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
