Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal and Household Assistant to support daily operations and enhance the efficiency of a busy household. We have 2 girls (ages 7 and 4) and we both travel often for work so the ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to managing various tasks. This role requires a blend of practical household skills including cooking, cleaning, and (occasionally) childcare, along with exceptional personal assistant skills including scheduling appointments, building travel itineraries, and shopping/packing for travel engagements. There is a lot of opportunity for growth in this position; we hope to find someone looking for a long-term engagement with our family.

Household Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support in household management Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the home Cooking nutritious meals and planning menus Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Handle basic property management tasks as needed, coordinating maintenance or repairs. Maintain an organized schedule for household activities and appointments.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities Creating Travel itineraries (weather, flights, ground transport, booking appts. etc.) Shopping for Clothing/Shoes/Accessories for traveling executive Travel Preparation- assisting with packing, styling, and accessorizing Managing purchases, returns, appointment scheduling, dry cleaning, etc. BONUS: experience with social media content creation/marketing/branding

Personality Traits and Attributes: Highly detail oriented and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks without sacrificing quality of work Confident, resourceful, and driven to excel in their work Mature and refined sense of style Driven, ambitious, and the desire to grow personally and professionally

Requirements Must be available at 2:30pm to help pickup kids at school Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation Personal laptop and home internet Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in similar roles is preferred. Cooking skills with the ability to prepare diverse meals. Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Hours & Compensation Hours: 15-20hrs/week to start Compensation: $23-$28/hour Hybrid Position between Our Home (near Pine Valley) & Your Home/Errands
