Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Southwest Harris County, TX

We’re partnering with a school district in Southwest Harris County, TX to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year.
This is a full-time, in-person role providing speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to help students reach their communication goals in a supportive and engaging school environment.
Position Details: Location: Harris County, TX Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week School Year: ASAP – May 29, 2026 Grade Levels: Elementary
Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support communication development. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (required). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates welcome. School-based or pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
