Position Summary
A client of Insight Global is seeking a
highly experienced, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant
to support their CEO. This individual will play a critical role in managing communications, coordinating with board members and donors, and ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in executive support, particularly in healthcare or senior living environments, and thrives in high-touch, high-stakes settings.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the right hand to the CEO, managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Handle confidential communications, including fielding phone calls, emails, and drafting memos. Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, donor engagements, and executive presentations. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, donors, and senior leadership. De-escalate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Maintain a high level of availability and responsiveness, including occasional extended hours. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and scheduling. Ask thoughtful questions to clarify expectations and avoid errors. Represent the CEO and the organization with grace, tact, and polish.
Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience as a senior executive assistant, preferably supporting a CEO. Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, or related industries strongly preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Experience working with high-level donors and board members. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
