Regional Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA; BCBA‑D) to spearhead our expansion into Arizona. This role will be one of the founding BCBAs for Alora in the state, responsible for building the program, driving growth, and shaping our presence.
Compensation & Benefits Salary : $95,000 – $110,000/year (DOE). Location: Hybrid – Telehealth/In‑Person in Phoenix, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patients
Provide clinical oversight and program modification for assigned cases to ensure accelerated patient progress
Manage and develop behavior‑analytic skills of behavior technicians
Responsible for retention of Behavior Technicians under supervision
Train behavior technicians, family members, and other caregivers to implement revised protocols
Manage assigned caseload and utilization of authorized BCBA hours in the region
Supervise and manage BCBAs in the region
Manage regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs)
Support Area Director with company initiatives and project management as assigned
Conduct outreach in coordination with the business development team
Provide staff development, training, and modeling to ensure treatment fidelity
Maintain compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and BACB requirements
Meet regularly with the Area Director to review treatment plans and solve barriers to progress
Collaborate with funding sources as needed
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high‑quality ABA services
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for skill development
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders (5 years preferred)
Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem‑solving skills
Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
BCBA certification in active, unrestricted status for at least 5 years
Active BCBA licensure (if applicable in the state)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles across all levels
Experience supervising Behavior Technicians according to organization standards
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within designated geographic areas
Preferred: 1–2 years management experience, experience developing a new market, community outreach, and payor relations
Skills
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth
Requirements
Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Certification: BCBA or BCBA‑D required
