Child Care Administrative Assistant
Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is seeking an organized, people‑focused individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant in our Redwood City, CA center.
Base pay: $22.00 per hour. Eligible for a $4,000 hiring incentive payable after 100 days of employment.
Responsibilities
Greet and proactively communicate via email and phone with prospective and enrolled families.
Ensure licensing, attendance, and other files are current, confidential, and secure.
Provide support throughout the center as needed.
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, child‑center environment.
Proficiency with office software and electronic filing systems.
