Quantitative Research - Energy - Analyst Join the dynamic team as a Quantitative Research Energy Analyst where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our market‑leading Whole Loan and Securities trading business.

Job Description As an Analyst within the Quantitative Research team, you will collaborate directly with top traders to create tools and analyses that revolutionize our business operations. You will be part of a dedicated and skilled team that prioritizes integrity, hard work, and creativity. Job Responsibilities

Manipulate large datasets to produce systematic analyses and reports delivered directly to the trading desk.

Develop Python scripts and tools for market and business analysis and trading activities.

Collaborate with technology and internal teams on trading systems and P&L systems.

Build tools to streamline trading operations and improve efficiencies.

Assist in the development of internal pricing and risk models.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Strong academic background in computer science, mathematics-related fields, or finance.

Excellent programming skills in Python.

Strong communication skills.

Solid understanding of basic mathematical and financial markets concepts.

Self‑motivated with strong critical and independent thinking abilities.

Interest in applying programming skills to financial problems.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Knowledge of SQL.

Prior financial experience is helpful.

Prior mortgage knowledge is helpful.
