Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with previous experience in the real estate industry. You'll be responsible for managing the calendar, coordinating client communications, preparing and maintaining important documents, and organizing property listings. Additionally, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings, create engaging social media content, design marketing materials, and assist with event coordination. The role demands a high level of professionalism, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of property listings, including MLS input, photography, staging, and showings Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and print advertisements Maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service and timely updates Assist with transaction coordination, including preparing and reviewing contracts, scheduling inspections, and ensuring all deadlines are met Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) Support the lead agent with administrative tasks, such as calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements Attend open houses, showings, and other events as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in the real estate industry is required Strong knowledge of listing management and marketing techniques Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MLS systems, Google Workspace, and real estate-specific software Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of professionalism and discretion Valid California real estate license is preferred but not required
Compensation
$70,000 - $75,000 yearly
