CHANEL is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital & CX Strategic Initiatives in New York City. The role is for an entrepreneurial-minded and hands-on individual with deep hands-on business expertise in technology and/or digital areas. This position drives key strategic initiatives and projects to support business transformation on the Digital & Client Experience (CX) team, launching opportunities in the Digital & CX space and partnering with key business stakeholders to unlock opportunities across CHANEL’s divisions (Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fashion). The Senior Manager, DCX Strategic Initiatives will evangelize emerging technologies and new opportunities within the organization and focus on delivering business outcomes. What you will Drive

Act as an end-to-end owner of select strategic projects/programs/POCs, delivering outcomes that support transformation efforts Develop frameworks and approaches to enable agile solutioning for key business challenges and opportunities Conduct market research across the industry, startup ecosystem, and other sources to initiate opportunities and partnerships Partner with internal stakeholders such as the Transformation Office and Open Innovation to source high-quality partners and vendors Develop project management templates to define scope, objectives, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines (e.g., project charter templates, project plans) Measure ROI on projects to support business case creation and investment decisions Executive Communications & Portfolio Tracking

Create executive presentations and storytelling materials to gain buy-in from senior executives on initiatives Facilitate brainstorming and alignment workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to validate concepts and align on execution Partner with Head of Digital Product & Strategy on ad-hoc executive communications and reporting with cross-functional partners You are energized by

Proven experience partnering with external vendors, startup ecosystems, and other partners to accelerate business objectives Deep curiosity about tech, ecommerce, CX trends with the ability to distill to actionable opportunities for the brand Entrepreneurial mindset with end-to-end experience executing POCs from inception to launch, including planning and management Propensity for visual storytelling and communication design; PowerPoint deck creation and influential deliverables Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, facilitation, presentation, etc. Proven ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional, matrixed organization Hands-on business expertise in technology or digital spaces Minimum of 5 years in strategy, product management, or corporate innovation Experience and/or passion for the Luxury Retail Industry Position Logistics

The position is based in New York City, requiring 3 days on-site at the CHANEL offices in Midtown Manhattan Minimum of 7 years of work experience with at least 5 years in strategy, product/project management, and/or corporate innovation Experience leading innovation or POC projects, with development and advocacy of business cases and/or budget management Experience and/or passion for the Luxury Retail Industry highly recommended Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred but not required Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 - $140,000. Base salary is one component of total compensation; other forms of variable pay may be offered, and other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks. Benefits and Perks
