Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Financial Analyst I to join our team. You’ll help understand and improve how revenue flows through our healthcare system, work with various teams to analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into actionable decisions that support financial operations. What You’ll Do
Analyze accounts receivable and revenue data using the Kodiak RCA tool. Prepare, review, and explain month-to-month changes in financial activity. Create reports and packages to support monthly close processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as denial trends and payment patterns. Partner with teams across revenue cycle, managed care, third-party reimbursement, and IT to improve systems and workflows. Share insights and support financial decision-making across the organization. Continue developing your skills in finance and healthcare systems with the company supporting your growth. Qualifications
Required: Experience in healthcare or medical revenue cycle. Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables). Comfortable working with data and explaining insights to others. A self-starter who enjoys learning and problem-solving. Bonus points for experience with:
PeopleSoft 9.2 EPIC patient accounting system Tableau or similar reporting tools Kodiak RCA Tool
