Job Description The Importance of Working in Talent Acquisition:
The people who work at GE Aerospace are the heartbeat of our success. As the Talent Acquisition Leader for Enabling Functions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives for the Enabling Services businesses. Your partnership with the business and leadership will ensure we attract, select, and retain top-tier talent to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Manage appropriate resourcing levels to deliver against business volume.
Establish clear priorities and align efforts with strategic business goals.
Multi-Function Business Partnership:
Partner cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet business recruiting goals.
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding them on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning.
Drive innovative talent sourcing strategies to build a robust global talent pipeline.
FLIGHT DECK:
Coach and support Talent Acquisition teams on Flight Deck fundamentals.
Facilitate Talent Acquisition operating cadence with Enabling Functions stakeholders.
Utilize data analytics and Flight Deck principles to identify gaps, analyze trends, and implement countermeasures for hiring success.
Recruitment Expertise:
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across regions.
Leverage industry best practices and technical recruiting expertise to continually improve recruiting strategy.
Align to global recruitment standards, drive simplification, and optimize technology to enhance delivery and stakeholder experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruitment expertise and leadership experience.
Desired Characteristics:
Extensive recruiting domain expertise and leadership experience.
Proven ability to build trust and drive strong relationships across diverse organizations.
Track record of driving results and ensuring accountability and performance across teams.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with Senior leadership and present data clearly.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to influence change and negotiate effectively.
Project/program management experience in complex organizational structures.
Willingness to travel as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $152,300 - $200,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 10/21/25.
