12+ months. Pay: $60-$65/hr (W2) Job Description We are seeking a

QA Automation Engineer

with strong automation expertise and deep understanding of commercial banking UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automating end-to-end testing processes within the deposits domain and driving continuous improvement in automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

Selenium

(Tosca experience is a plus).

Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing efforts within

commercial banking UAT deposits

projects.

Collaborate with business and development teams to translate manual test cases into automated scripts.

Participate in framework enhancement and optimization initiatives.

Execute test automation runs, analyze results, and identify root causes of test failures.

Work within

Agile

environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Document and track defects using

Jira

and ensure proper traceability in

ALM Octane

.

Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.

Provide innovative ideas to improve automation efficiency, test coverage, and process transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years

of hands-on experience in test automation using

Selenium WebDriver

.

Experience with

Tosca

(nice to have).

Strong understanding of

automation frameworks

and best practices.

Proven experience in

UAT testing

within

commercial banking deposits

domain (E2E process knowledge required).

Proficiency in

ALM Octane

,

Jira

, and

Confluence

.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a

fast-paced, team-oriented

environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD tools and test integration (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket).

Exposure to API testing and automation (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC principles.
