Multi Functional Information Systems Analyst - Early Career
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Information Systems Engineer Analyst. In this role, you will build, install, configure, and deliver F-35 Logistics Information Systems (LIS) components, servers, and laptops for F-35 customers both domestic and international. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Windows and Linux server experience, backups and restores of physical and/or virtual servers, and application patching with network and security fundamentals. This position will require a government security clearance.
Responsibilities
Build, install, configure, and deliver LIS components, servers, and laptops for F-35 customers (domestic and international).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar STEM degree with Information Technology (IT) experience.
Previous Windows and/Linux server experience (i.e. backups and restores of physical and/or virtual servers and virtual machines).
Desired Skills
Able to attain and maintain US DoD Secret security clearance.
Able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
Systems & software engineering process background
Hands-on Information Technology and/or Systems Administrator knowledge
Good Communication & Verbal skills
Self Starter & the ability to multitask
Additional Qualifications (may have one or more)
Current Security+, CySA+, or CCNA Security certification
Knowledge of and/or experience with system administration, which may include:
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting IP Switch Fabric architecture
Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers and virtual machines
User Account Maintenance (Active Directory)
Hardware/System Monitoring of physical and virtual servers
Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components
Applying operating system updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates
Experience troubleshooting Web Applications
JBOSS (WildFly) Application Server Familiarity
Understanding of OSI Model Layers
Knowledge of NAS systems and supported protocols
