Executive Assistant II Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer‑obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Director of Finance for a significant project. This role requires a strong focus on execution and involves managing a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests. The position demands ensuring appropriate urgency in handling tasks, monitoring and tracking meeting priorities and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary, and managing travel and expenses. Additionally, the role involves documentation follow‑up and preparation for the executive, ensuring timely action on deliverables. Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively. Handle a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance, ensuring impeccable attention to detail. Make smart and timely decisions, reacting with urgency to situations and events. Provide administrative support, including travel and expense management. Monitor and track meeting priorities and act as a proxy when necessary. Ensure documentation follow‑up and preparation for executive tasks. Essential Skills
Impeccable attention to detail. Customer‑obsessed mindset. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to switch gears quickly and efficiently. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals. Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least two years of college required; bachelor's degree preferred. 6+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs). Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools. Work Environment

Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Fully onsite. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour.
