This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Business Consultant located in Ann Arbor, MI. The Franchise Business Consultant will oversee day-to-day operations, including business planning, operations management, and ensuring successful franchising processes. The role involves supporting franchisees with P&L management, providing management consulting, and ensuring the optimal performance of franchised locations. This role requires close collaboration with franchise owners to ensure adherence to company standards and their overall success. Qualifications
Business Planning and Operations Management skills Experience in Franchising and P&L Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
