Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations
to lead and support our growing IT infrastructure. This hybrid role combines hands-on network engineering and administration with strategic IT leadership. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable network systems while managing IT operations, team performance, and technology initiatives across the organization. In This Role You Will
Network & Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including hardware, software, external connectivity, and security. Configure and manage network components such as switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPNs. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades as needed. Maintain IP-based phone systems and ensure reliable telephone connectivity. Implement and troubleshoot connectivity using switching, routing, VLANs, wireless, and VOIP. IT Systems & Security
Oversee cloud infrastructure including hosted solutions, servers, applications, and security. Evaluate and install software releases, patches, and system upgrades. Coordinate backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. Lead disaster recovery planning and documentation. Manage domain name systems, certificate solutions, and vulnerability scanning tools. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect digital assets. Serve as the point of contact for information security incidents and compliance. Leadership & Strategy
Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Align IT initiatives with business goals and drive technology innovation across departments. Manage vendor relationships, hardware/software contracts, and IT budgets. Coordinate and deliver security awareness training programs for employees. Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, and asset inventories. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of progressive experience in network administration and IT management. Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, routing, Palo Alto firewalls, and security administration. Experience with Windows/Linux server administration and cloud platforms. Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex IT projects. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Summary
