Responsibilities

The Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Managers will be responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states represented in the Lilly dermatology portfolio. This includes HCPs in dedicated dermatology practices and representatives in key hospital accounts, including dermatologists, dermatology fellows, dermatology educators, chief internal medicine residents, chief family practice residents, and residents involved in dermatology rotations. Build relationships with key customers in the dermatology space to increase Lilly’s ability to drive adoption of our new and existing therapies. Identify and develop business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations. Be viewed as a credible expert and resource. Business Ownership: Develops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and utilizes appropriate business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs. Account Management: Systematically navigates the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Selling Skills / Customer Experience: Practice dialogue agility by actively listening and adapting to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts throughout the call. Medical Integrity: Demonstrate learning agility to understand clinical information, our product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace; engage with every member of an office/account. Selling Skills: Promote the entire product portfolio by planning for and engaging in a patient-centered dialogue with customers; utilize the selling model to help identify appropriate patients. Execution / Results: Conduct sales activity using business analytics to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while complying with internal policies and the PhRMA code. Partner Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with field-facing and internal peers to create a coordinated, positive customer experience. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role. Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after undergraduate degree, or related graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, PharmD). Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results skills. Account-based selling experience with the ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts. Strong background navigating complex integrated health systems and understanding specialty pharmacy distribution models. Experience selling injectable/infusion products in a complex reimbursement environment. History of working with multiple cross-functional partners. Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and influence. Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary. Locations & Additional Details

The anticipated wage for this position is $87,000 - $204,600. Full-time equivalent employees are eligible for a company bonus (depending on company and individual performance).
