Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Managers are responsible for account-based selling to health care providers who prescribe and influence treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly dermatology portfolio. This includes dermatology practices and key hospital accounts. You will build relationships with key customers in the dermatology space to drive adoption of our therapies and identify business relationships with advocacy groups, teaching institutions, influencers, and managed care organizations. Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and use appropriate business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs. Account management. Navigate the evolving healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Promote the entire product portfolio by planning for and engaging in a patient-centered dialogue with customers. Engage with all members of an office/account using clinical information about disease states, product portfolio, and therapeutic marketplace. Utilize selling model prior to and during conversations to help identify appropriate patients. Collaborate with field-facing and internal peers to create a coordinated, positive customer experience. Utilize business analytics resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while adhering to internal policies and the PhRMA code. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree. Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship for work authorization or visas). Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completing a degree, or related graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD). Additional skills/preferences
Account-based selling experience and ability to engage staff in accounts. Strong background navigating complex integrated health systems and understanding specialty pharmacy distribution models. Experience selling injectable/infusion therapies in a complex reimbursement environment. Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and influence. Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary. EEO and Accommodations

Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefit program, including 401(k), health benefits, and well-being programs.
