Role The Centralized Client Rep (CCR) works alongside the National and Regional employee benefits client engagement team for all group, voluntary, disability and leave in force cases. The CCR is responsible for supporting the internal and administrative tasks that impact Voya’s customers daily. Examples include claims inquiries and status updates, creation of customer-facing marketing materials, contact maintenance, as well as various cross-functional team projects within Voya operation departments. This role is vital to the success, growth, and retention of our employee benefits book of business.
Responsibilities
Assist Client with Life, Disability, and Leave claims resolutions.
Responsible for administrative requests for system, enrollment, and contractual updates; creating standard work and developing efficient processes between client engagement and operations.
Problem solving between customers and operations regarding data files.
Guide Relationship Managers on the internal processes required to complete client requests.
Fulfill customer requests for various documents, presentation materials, and online resources.
Provide an additional customer resource to the Client Management teams while they are traveling.
Enrollment Readiness - member level educational material for enrollment events, to support optimal participation.
Qualifications
4-year college degree or equivalency strongly preferred.
Experience with leave and disability products in the employee benefits insurance industry is preferred (specifically system knowledge with FINEOS claims system).
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
Ability to think broadly when problem solving and making decisions.
Strong interpersonal and partnership skills with difficult personalities.
Focus on development of solid skills that drive, design, and execute integrated enrollment, service and growth strategies.
Demonstrated success in critical thinking; able to analyze data and make effective recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management skills.
Ability to anticipate needs of clients to reduce frustration proactively.
Ability to learn Voya product portfolio to educate and assist clients and brokers.
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to travel as needed, once or twice a year.
Compensation $67,170 - $83,960 USD
