The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist is a strategic partner responsible for driving operational excellence across the talent acquisition function. This position designs, implements, and continuously improves recruiting processes, tools, systems, and workflows to support organizational growth and workforce planning. This strategic role focuses on enhancing efficiency while delivering exceptional experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and Team Members throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities Key areas of responsibility include developing and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), partnering with HR Systems and Analytics teams to leverage data-driven insights, and implementing process improvements that support organizational growth objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, recommend automation solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The TA Operations Specialist serves as a key advisor bridging the gap between technology and talent acquisition strategy, transforming recruitment metrics into actionable intelligence while maintaining seamless hiring workflows and fostering cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

Education & Requirements
Two (2) or more years of experience required supporting process or project development, working closely with one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Learning & Development or project management
Experience developing policies, processes, or training materials
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
Key Qualifications
Knowledge in the following areas: Recruitment workflow components, such as recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding functions
Compensation, total rewards, or learning & development practices preferred
Adept use of technology including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Use of Applicant tracking system (ATS), HRIS, and reporting functions preferred
Proven ability to: Develop collaborative and positive relationships, understand cross-functional operations, and identify opportunities for improvement
Work autonomously with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Be results-oriented with learning agility
Understand and maintain varying degrees of confidentiality
Compensation
$63,897.60 USD Annually – $83,075.20 USD Annually
