New York City (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Compensation:

$130,000 - $140,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, circa 40 hours, flexibility required

Overview A leading privately held professional services organization is seeking an

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

to support a demanding but personable CEO. This high-visibility role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage a wide range of executive-level responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex schedules and communications.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements (domestic and international), expense management, and day-to-day scheduling.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members and senior leadership.

Support preparation of board reports, presentations, and meeting materials; attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Coordinate internal and external communications, including sensitive and confidential matters.

Manage logistics for executive dinners, events, and other engagements.

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

Maintain flexibility to support occasional overtime, evening events, and high-demand periods.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience providing one-on-one support to a CEO for a professional services, financial services, or law firm.

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable drafting and editing high-level correspondence.

Substantial experience managing international travel, booking travel, accommodation and creating complex itineraries.

Experience with expense and travel management systems.

Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to work extended hours as needed.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
