Goldflower Cannabis is seeking a versatile In-House Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for designing high-impact visual assets that bring our brand identities to life across digital, print, retail, and packaging channels. The ideal candidate is both conceptual and executional and able to turn creative briefs into polished, story-driven designs that connect with patients and strengthen our brand presence across Florida. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing leadership, content creators, and production vendors to support product launches, store openings, apparel drops, and statewide campaigns. This is a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days look the same—perfect for a designer who thrives on variety and loves working at the intersection of luxury, culture, and cannabis. This position may require some instate travel. Key Responsibilities

Create engaging digital and print assets for campaigns, emails, social media, website, in-store displays, and more. Translate creative briefs into brand-aligned visuals that maintain consistency across Goldflower’s family of brands. Design packaging concepts and print-ready dielines for multiple cannabis product categories. Collaborate with vendors and production partners to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with Florida cannabis regulations. Create designs for event apparel, lifestyle merchandise, and retail collateral. Ensure every item – whether a t-shirt or tote bag, captures Goldflower’s premium yet playful brand aesthetic. Report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the marketing team, photography contractors, and retail teams to execute cohesive brand assets. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Prepare and organize production files with exceptional attention to detail. Required Skills

2+ years of professional graphic design experience in a brand, agency, or CPG environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience designing for digital and print (social media, email, packaging, signage, etc.) Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Excellent file management and organization skills. Experience with Monday.com is a plus! Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Passion for creative storytelling and brand consistency This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
