Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our manufacturing client in searching for a
temp-to-perm HR Generalist
in
Durham CT . Position assists the HR Director in HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, and reporting among other generalist functions. Salary:
$75,000 annualized (paid at $36 per hour during temp period) based on experience Schedule:
Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Responsibilities
Implementation of policies and procedures aligning with corporate initiatives Supporting performance management-related aspects Employee engagement, communications and change management initiatives Employee training administration Employee benefit communication and enrollment Time and attendance/payroll systems administration support Experience and Education
Experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner, HR Administration or similar Experience in Recruiting and Onboarding Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment is a strong plus Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Use Paylocity for HR administration is a plus but not required Senior level
