Overview
The Retail Sales Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
Service retailers in San Francisco, CA and surrounding areas as a part-time role (Mon-Fri, 3 days a week). Perform merchandising activities, place products on shelves from new orders, and conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores. Drive to various retail locations and verify that clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves. Report findings and data to management through the provided app; maintain a safe working environment while in stores. Attend client kick-off video calls and serve as a brand ambassador by building relationships with store and department managers. Monitor sales volume and inventory levels; present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate. Encourage stores to order more products and support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product availability for consumers. Place in-store promotional materials; rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins; monitor schematic layout and planogram compliance. Take pictures of products, displays, and competitive sets; complete daily and weekly reports as instructed. Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed; other activities as requested by management. What You Should Bring
High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Valid Driver License Proof of Automobile insurance Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) with service and internet for daily communication Ability to drive to stores in the assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits Location, Schedule, and Compensation
Location: San Francisco, CA (within a 25 mile radius) Part-time, 24 hours per week Compensation: $20.00 hourly Bilingual in Spanish and English is required Perks
Fuel stipends - $32 per day Communication stipends - $2.50 per day 401k with company match Eligible for PTO and sick time
