The Opportunity With all the information available today, it takes a skilled all‑source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. You’ll use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all‑source analysis on industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities. As a Defense Industries All‑Source Analyst, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. You’ll produce strategic‑level assessments and products that address research, development, acquisition, test, and evaluation, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set in analysis, writing, and communication while mentoring other analysts.
Responsibilities • Conduct all‑source analysis on industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.
• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic‑level assessments and products tailored to senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor other analysts, sharing your expertise.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis or all‑source intelligence analysis on military capabilities.
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in all‑source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all‑source analysis in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
Knowledge of ICD 203 or 206 analytic tradecraft standards.
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.
Clearance Requirements Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The projected compensation is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
