$75,000 base plus commission ($90‑105K OTE). Office‑first work model – 3‑4 days a week in our Chicago office (Wacker Drive). 20 days PTO. $75,000 – $105,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience). Role Overview

We are hiring for 2 BDRs to join our founding GTM team in Chicago. You will partner with an Account Director to sell the Benifex product suite to global and enterprise customers across North America and LATAM, creating new business opportunities for HR, Benefits and Rewards leaders. This role is outbound‑focused. You will generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, and support inbound leads using a multi‑channel approach. Our sales tech stack includes Salesforce, SalesNav, ZoomInfo and Outreach. Responsibilities

Generate outbound meetings and leads primarily through warm calling. Develop and nurture prospects via marketing campaigns and follow‑up. Research prospective customers and maintain accurate data in the CRM. Maintain professional relationships with prospective customers. Collaborate with all Benifex departments to ensure prospects receive appropriate support. Assist in writing and distributing outbound email campaigns. Handle inbound leads and provide requested information. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role. What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in new‑business sales: prospecting, outbound calling, multi‑channel lead generation. Experience selling complex or enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS solutions (multi‑product, multi‑country, 6‑12 month sales cycle). Excellent communication skills with a range of audiences. Consultative approach, building trusted relationships with customers. Strong time‑management and self‑prioritisation skills. Motivated and target‑driven. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Bonus Points For

Experience in employee benefits. Experience selling to HR, Benefits, Rewards or People Directors/decision‑makers. Interview Process
