Overview
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role focuses on contributing to maximum sales and profitability by supervising guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Location: Massena Springs, NY. Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Help establish and maintain Guest Services to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Develop staff and oversee merchandising and inventory control. Monitor and control expenses and shrinkage in collaboration with store leadership. Assist with overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Qualifications
Prior retail management experience is required. Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Employment details
