CFS Brands is seeking to hire a
Manager, HR Operations
for our manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, OK. The HR Manager will partner with the Leadership Team at the location and will serve as the key Human Resources Business Partner for the facility. Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and guidance to assigned employee groups and leadership in employee relations, change management, recruiting, retention, employee engagement, performance management, career development, and compensation management. Ensure leadership and employees are informed of HR policies and practices, programs and proposed changes that affect employees and/or operational effectiveness, using excellent verbal and written communication. Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to attract and retain diverse talent and support rationalization initiatives to achieve business objectives. Support leadership in developing appropriate human resources plans in a dynamic, changing environment with strong analytical and people development skills. Implement change management plans in a fast-paced environment as required. Drive continuous improvement and lean activities to improve organizational effectiveness. Lead recruiting efforts for Salaried and Hourly positions and ensure positions are filled in alignment with Days Open metrics using creative talent attraction strategies. Education / Experience
Bachelor s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required HR Certification preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent) Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience Qualifications
Ability to perform complex analytics, identify trend analyses and interpret data Proven ability to manage a wide variety of HR programs, change management, and roll-out of corporate HR initiatives Proven ability to drive business through creative problem resolution or lean efforts Proven ability to build effective partnerships with leadership teams and employees Strong project management and organizational skills, bias for action and results orientation Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement & Lean Principles Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills Strong interpersonal savvy and composure, especially in critical events Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Business acumen or ability to quickly acquire business knowledge Travel
