You will work on developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and creating data visualisations to solve complex business problems.

The Opportunity As part of the AI Engineering team you will lead the creation and delivery of innovative data solutions that harness the power of generative AI and cloud-native technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding teams through complex challenges while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions
Secure the delivery of impactful results through strategic project management
Cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives

Mentor and develop team members to build top-performing groups
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of experience

Proven experience in AI application development
Demonstrating thought leadership in advanced AI domains
Building intuitive storytelling and analytics tools
Evaluating model performance using key metrics
Familiarity with API evaluation and testing tools
Developing rapid proofs-of-concept solutions

Designing LLM solutions using Python

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
