Celestica operates through two key segments, Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) and Connectivity & Cloud Solutions (CCS). The Data Center Infrastructure initiative is a growth vector within ATS. This pivotal leadership role defines and leads Celestica’s Data Center Power Infrastructure strategy with a goal of developing and growing a billion-dollar enterprise in five years. The role requires a visionary leader with entrepreneurial mindset, strategic acumen, and strong leadership to navigate a rapidly evolving market driven by AI, cloud computing, and energy/resource considerations. Responsibilities
P&L Ownership & Growth Acceleration: Own the Data Center Infrastructure segment’s P&L, drive financial performance and growth targets. Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership: Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for Data Center Infrastructure, including organic growth in new solution development and EMS market expansion, plus inorganic growth via M&A and partnerships. Inorganic Growth & Integration: Lead identification, due diligence, and integration of strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Market Expansion & Customer Traction: Identify and capture new growth opportunities and target customers within the segment, including hyperscalers and colocation providers. Commercial & Pricing Leadership: Negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures for long-term value and profitability. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team and engage with executives in a matrix organization. End-to-End Solution Delivery: Orchestrate delivery of solutions including product development, commercialization, NPI, supply chain, and manufacturing for high-reliability data center power and cooling systems. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Deep Industry Insight: Understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Power and Cooling Systems markets, AI-driven power demands, sustainability, modularity, advanced cooling (e.g., liquid cooling), and grid integration challenges. Leadership in Complex Product Development: 15+ years in leading high-risk, mission-critical electro-mechanical capital or infrastructure equipment in Data Center Infrastructure applications. P&L Management: Track record of owning multi-hundred-million-dollar P&Ls and achieving revenue and profit objectives. M&A & Integration: Experience in leading inorganic growth strategies, including due diligence and integration of significant acquisitions. Commercial Excellence: Strong negotiating skills, pricing strategy development, and senior customer management experience (10+ years). Strategic Acumen with Tactical Precision: Ability to develop long-term vision while handling day-to-day operational issues with data-driven decisions. Empowering & Collaborative Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams, foster customer-centric culture, and drive organizational change through collaboration. Physical Demands
Normal office or manufacturing floor environment; significant travel between customer and Celestica locations. Extended periods of sitting and concentration on computer data; manual data-entry tasks. Health and safety guidelines apply; role may be remote or hybrid. Approximately 30% travel to global manufacturing sites and customers. Experience & Education
Typical Experience: Twenty plus years in leadership within complex technology, industrial, or data center-focused organizations. Typical Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field. An advanced STEM degree is a plus. MBA strongly preferred. Salary Range
The salary range described is an estimate and may vary based on duties, credentials, experience, and geographic location. Salary Range: $186K - $255K annually Notes & Compliance
