Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in specific circumstances ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Employment type: Full-Time. Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide assistance; suggest merchandise based on customer needs.
Maintain displays for Hobbies & Home Improvement; ensure displays are clean and orderly.
Assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.
