Overview
The Graphic Designer role is execution-focused, producing high-volume assets to fuel growth across wholesale, DTC acquisition channels, Amazon (B2B, U.S., international), DTS, and product go-to-market campaigns. The role supports content expansion for Amazon, custom school-specific materials, and on-figure e-commerce imagery to stay competitive. It involves delivering polished, on-brand work across digital, print, sales, and retail, and leveraging AI tools to streamline production, accelerate iteration, and enhance creative output. It is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values high-quality execution at scale, and wants work that directly supports brand growth and sales impact. Responsibilities
Channel Deliverables: Manage a high volume of asset requests across wholesale, DTC, Amazon (B2B, U.S., international), DTS, and licensing to support growth across multiple sales channels. Amazon Content: Design and adapt content for Amazon, including storefront imagery, enhanced brand content (A+), and product page visuals optimized for conversion. Digital Assets: Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and website updates—resized and optimized for each platform. Print Collateral: Design flyers, catalogs, brochures, signage, trade show graphics, and POS displays; prepare production-ready files for print. AI Integration: Leverage AI design tools to streamline production tasks (resizing, background cleanup, copy variations), generate creative options, and accelerate turnaround times. Presentations: Build branded PowerPoint/Keynote templates and decks to support internal teams, sales meetings, and external pitches. Production Work: Adapt and update existing creative into new formats (resizing, reformatting, updating copy/images) with speed and accuracy. Brand Consistency: Apply established brand guidelines to all deliverables, ensuring a cohesive look across channels. File Prep & Management: Organize, version, and deliver final artwork in correct formats; maintain asset libraries for easy cross-team access. Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, sales, and cross-functional teams to meet campaign timelines and priorities. Vendor Support: Liaise with printers, production partners, and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely output. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms. Experience with AI design tools to accelerate asset creation, editing, scaling content. Knowledge of print production processes and digital best practices. Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color. Ability to work quickly, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. Nice to Have
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere). Familiarity with HTML/CSS for simple digital edits. Experience creating assets for Amazon, e-commerce, or retail.
