People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a
Human Resources Coordinator
to join our HR team. The Human Resources Coordinator supports processes for Leaves of Absence, Workers’ Compensation, Workplace Accommodations, and Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave (MN PFML). In addition, this role assists with payroll, benefits administration, maintains accurate employee records, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and provides backup support for the HRIS Administrator. Full-time, Monday-Friday, regular business hours, typically 8:00am-4:30pm Location:
People Incorporated administrative offices in Eagan, MN (3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Suite 600) In-office presence required, typically two days per week. Hiring Range:

Assist with intake, documentation of leave requests (FMLA, PLOA, disability, and Workers’ Compensation), and timely communication regarding leave status, required leave documentation, and return-to-work procedures. Collaborate with the Leave Administrator and HR Business Partners to facilitate workplace accommodations. Assist during open enrollment and qualifying life events. Ensure benefit elections and deductions are accurately updated in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Provide written communication to active and terminated employees regarding their benefits and options. Support payroll team with data entry for new hires, terminations, and employee changes. Monitor and verify payroll-related data for accuracy and timeliness. Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Provide back-up support for the HRIS Administrator within the HCM and Learning Management System (LMS). Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. Requirements
Required Education and Experience : Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or benefits/leave administration. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or benefits/leave administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HCM systems (e.g., Paycom). Preferred Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience supporting LOA, Workers’ Compensation, or benefits programs. Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, MN PFML, and HIPAA regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Benefits
