Regional Trainer of Learning & Talent Development

Responsibilities The Regional Trainer is accountable for informing and executing deployment of learning and talent development initiatives across their assigned region. This role champions, communicates, and facilitates learning and talent development programs, curricula and content that support Willow Bridge\'s business objectives. The Regional Trainer identifies learning and development needs in the region and partners with regional leaders, the regional Learning & Talent Development team and other business partners. This role has a broad influence over the region through diagnosing training challenges and recommending appropriate learning & development solutions.

Owns and executes the facilitation, measurement, and delivery of training programs that yield measurable business outcomes.

Partners with business leaders to identify individual and team performance needs and solutions to increase associate effectiveness.

Oversees reporting on learning & talent programs for the region and provides input and metrics to Regional Leadership on overall performance of properties participating in programs.

Facilitates assigned learning & talent development programs, workshops, events, and activities.

Drives understanding and use of Willow Bridge training programs, tools, and resources to ensure consistency across the region.

Prepares and delivers training according to approved curricula.

Recommends modifications or enhancements to training programs as needed.

Creates effective training implementation plans for high-quality participant experiences and sustainable programs.

Coaches Business Managers on how to champion and apply training tools to create effective learning experiences for associates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of classroom training experience with demonstrated success facilitating both in-person and virtual training.

Travel is required; up to 75% travel within the assigned region to conduct training activities as needed.

Ability to manage a classroom environment and facilitate pre-designed learning programs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective organization and time management.

Professional presence, poise, persuasiveness, and public speaking ability.

Ability to understand and analyze business drivers, strategy goals, and challenges to support LPC initiatives.

Ability to establish credibility quickly with stakeholders and leaders.

Ability to navigate and respect cultural and regional differences in negotiations.

Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.

Training & Facilitation Certificate from ATD preferred, not required.

Associate or Certified Professional in Talent Development (APTD/CPTD) preferred and/or encouraged but not required.
