Overview

Boeing is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join the Enterprise Engineering Human Resources team supporting the BCA 787 Airplane Programs Engineering organization in North Charleston, SC. As a strategic HR partner, you’ll collaborate with leadership to design and deliver talent strategies, drive performance and engagement, and advise on complex employee relations matters. The selected candidate will work closely with HRG peers, COEs, and HR Services groups to deliver high-quality, integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees, managers and executives. This role supports the 787 Engineering team (approximately 1,000 employees) and requires partnering with the 787 HR generalist program peers and other HR groups. Responsibilities

Provide visible HR presence where employees work to enable real-time engagement and solutions Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and the effectiveness of support Develop solutions to complex problems consistent with organizational objectives Serve as subject matter expert on HR products and services Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior management, executive leadership, and HR peers Influence the business vision, mission, priorities and long-range plans Partner with Centers of Excellence and local HR teams to align talent strategy and ensure planning, execution and realization through programs and policies Collaborate with HR peers to enable HR/biz strategies and ensure delivery of HR products, tools and services Lead and support key HR processes (e.g., Annual Compensation Review, succession planning, executive movement) Lead workforce initiatives including staffing and LRBP planning Basic Qualifications (Required)

5+ years of experience applying business acumen in HR roles 5+ years of experience deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes 5+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote superior customer service and employee engagement Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organizational needs Experience partnering with senior leaders to strategize HR initiatives Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources HR certification(s) Ability to adapt to changing scope, responsibilities and job requirements Strategic thinking with strong written and oral communication skills Ability to translate business priorities into action plans that drive results Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data for cross-functional teams Additional Information

Total Rewards package with competitive base pay and variable compensation; eligibility for health, retirement, and other benefits varies by location and eligibility. Pay ranges depend on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $152,500; Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 5): $128,350 - $188,750 Application Deadline:
