Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Junior HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys administrative work, and is passionate about supporting a diverse workforce. The role will primarily focus on HR data entry and process support, with occasional front desk coverage. Responsibilities
Process employee terminations and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain and update HR spreadsheets and internal tracking systems. Enter employee data into the Learning Management System (LMS). Provide front desk coverage during lunch breaks and scheduled absences. Support HR operations with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Essential Skills
Proven experience in data entry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in using office software and equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree or college coursework in any technical major. Analytical mindset Strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes. Comfortable working with a diverse employee population. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry tools. Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus. Work Environment
The work environment is onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mountain View, California. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
