Your Opportunity
Our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professionals deliver strategic solutions to transform logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality and effectiveness. You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate processes, gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver SAP projects and workstreams, ensuring effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives. Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules. Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications. Perform testing of solutions. Support development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate strong technical capabilities with business acumen and deliver quality client services, monitoring progress and managing risks.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems. Experience managing engagement economics and resource planning. Proven ability to lead teams and manage change effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to RFP responses.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience with SAP EWM. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Proficiency in business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Negotiation and influencing skills. Willingness to travel; travel estimate: 40–60%.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Prior consulting experience or deep functional experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM. Hands-on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials for end users. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution or manufacturing.
