The Program Director of the Center for Social Justice (CSJ) co-leads and supports the University’s social justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) efforts, including St. Petersburg student/site support, Adelante Bridge preparation/implementation, partnership development/stewardship, community building and Rope Team management, Title IX and Title VI, and JEDI capacity building support. The Program Director reports to the University’s Founding Director of the Center for Social Justice, Chief Diversity Officer, & Title IX Coordinator, with a strong link to the St. Petersburg, Florida Executive Site Lead, and will work in-person or hybrid at the Excelsior University St. Petersburg site in Florida.
