We are looking for a
User Experience (UX) Designer
at
Jobs via Dice .
Description: We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives for complex product areas within a growing digital ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about mentoring others and shaping UX best practices.
Location: Remote to start; onsite in
Plano, TX
3 days/week beginning January 2026
Duration: Ongoing contract with potential to convert
Responsibilities
Lead design for major product features or entire product areas.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that set the standard for quality.
Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions.
Extend and evolve the design system while maintaining creativity.
Drive rapid prototyping and iterative user testing.
Integrate AI-enabled tools to accelerate design and validation.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX strategy.
Collaborate with UX Research to apply data-driven insights.
Influence product roadmaps with evidence-based design recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCD, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of UX/product design experience in complex platforms.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
Experience leading usability testing and applying research insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-driven design tools or predictive UX workflows.
Background in construction tech, CAD, or BIM software.
Experience mentoring or training junior designers.
