Represent clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential properties Provide market insights and guidance throughout the transaction process Prepare contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations Collaborate with team members and leverage company tech platforms for marketing, lead management, and client communications Participate in brokerage meetings, events, and professional development opportunities Contribute to a positive, supportive, and community-driven office culture Requirements

Active Hawai‘i Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or in process) Strong knowledge of local housing markets and trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM, MLS, and digital marketing tools Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client care Why Join Us?
