We are currently seeking a high-energy, dedicated, and experienced Supplier Development Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. Developing and implementing supplier quality evaluation and control systems. Performing regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Assessing supplier production and quality capabilities to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Collaborating with suppliers to improve performance and resolve quality issues. Implementing quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, and SPC to drive process improvements. Coordinating with internal teams to address supplier quality issues and ensure alignment with company standards. Participating in the selection of suppliers by conducting quality audits and assessments. Driving continuous improvement activities with suppliers. Training suppliers to execute effectively against established standards. Qualifications
A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in the supplier development area. Certification in ISO, AS, or IATF. Strong knowledge and practical experience with quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC. Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and managing supplier quality performance. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other quality-related software systems. Benefits
