Your Role at SIXT
Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, and coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
Prepare new vehicles for rental, adding documentation, decals, tags, and ensuring they are added to the inventory system.
Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs.
Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
