We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to take direct ownership of requirements gathering, backlog management, and sprint execution for SocialRx product initiatives. This individual will serve as the single point of truth between Engineering, Operations, and Program teams, ensuring that product vision and execution stay aligned. The Technical Product Owner will be hands‑on in documenting workflows, conducting user story mapping, and managing sprint ceremonies to drive delivery efficiency. By translating needs into well‑structured epics and stories, this role reduces discovery time for engineering, shortens delivery cycles, and ensures solutions scale from quick fixes into robust platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product backlog for the assigned product initiatives, including requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization.

Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Program/Operations, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Document workflows, create epics, and map user stories to development sprints.

Drive cross‑functional prioritization with a focus on reducing engineering discovery time and increasing delivery velocity.

Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across teams.

Support the Head of Product in shaping product vision and long‑term roadmap.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related technical product roles.

Strong understanding of agile and scrum methodologies with hands‑on experience running ceremonies.

Demonstrated success in backlog ownership, epic/story creation, and sprint planning.

Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and APIs (e.g., AWS, RESTful APIs, data integration).

Excellent documentation and workflow mapping skills.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including engineering and operations.

Preferred but not required:

CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or other recognized product certifications.
