Director, USBU Content Lifecycle Transformation (CLT) – The Director of Content Lifecycle Transformation (CLT) will lead the USBU CLT transformation by shaping, executing and collaborating with key cross functional partners to implement the CLT roadmap, a cornerstone for achieving organizational content goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of the Marketing Operations & Solutions Leadership Team (LT), the Director will drive continuous transformative changes, foster a culture of agility, efficiency and growth, and scale organizational capabilities in alignment with related initiatives such as Content Innovation. The role starts as an independent contributor with immediate priorities in partnership with the Head of Marketing Operations & Solutions, and may evolve to lead the CLT team for the longer-term vision. Responsibilities

Unify functions, initiatives, and capabilities under a cohesive strategy to ensure alignment and direction across the USBU. Direct centralized governance and strategic oversight of the CLT roadmap to standardize and scale capabilities. Champion enterprise-wide cross-functional collaboration to enhance communication, create synergies, and enable efficient knowledge and resource sharing. Leverage unified resources and streamlined processes to rapidly scale capabilities, maximize impact, and drive efficiency. Strategic Planning and Execution

Lead the vision and strategy for the USBU content personalization goals. Design, deploy and manage roadmap implementation with designated leaders and clear success/scale criteria. Connect CLT roadmap and Global workstreams (e.g., CI) to ensure an end-to-end view of capabilities and technology. Serve as primary strategic partner to other organizational efforts such as the Content Innovation team. Identify and liaise on technical architecture needs. Manage agencies and budget effectively. Change Management

Drive the global-to-local strategy across all pillars. Translate the transformation vision into a change management strategy representing diverse stakeholders. Establish goals, scope and approach to execute the roadmap. Curate and disseminate USBU CLT communications plan. Centralize USBU cross-brand initiatives and timelines into a single repository. Ensure collaboration and feedback loops across stakeholder groups. Governance

Design governance framework with principles, roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes. Engage stakeholders to align with business goals and secure commitment to the governance structure. Implement regular communication channels and reporting processes. Continuous improvement: refine governance based on feedback and evolving needs. Training

Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys and performance analysis. Translate training needs into development of programs across Marketing functions. Lead training development with CI resources; develop SOPs, work instructions, and FAQs; ensure compliance and record-keeping. Measurement & Optimization

Establish CLT measurement plan and reporting cadence. Evaluate training effectiveness. Determine and deploy testing capability plans (Pilot, POC, test and learn). Report progress on pilots, capabilities and milestones. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience across commercial functions such as marketing, marketing operations, and customer experience planning (e.g., omnichannel). Demonstrated people and peer leadership experience. Analytical ability to build customer-centric brand and experience strategies. Experience with conflict resolution and strong project management skills. Skill in applying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in marketing execution. Experience navigating regulated environments and promotional review processes. Ability to understand and manage employee concerns, build empathy, and motivate teams through change. Proven ability to adapt change plans and make quick decisions in fast-changing environments. Proven ability to anticipate issues, develop contingency plans, and sustain strategy execution. Proven ability to align initiatives with the company’s strategic goals and financial implications. Strong collaboration and facilitation skills across diverse, matrixed teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred

MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or related discipline. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries. Proven success in implementing operational improvements and scaling new ways of working. Certifications or experience in change management, agile methodologies, etc. More About Us
