The role requires leadership, fast-paced execution, and a track record of innovation. The successful candidate will drive growth globally by developing compelling, compliant, and customer-centric proposals that articulate how Securitas' integrated security solutions deliver value for clients. Base pay range : $95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Remote:
This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle: own the process from intake to final submission, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other solicitations for complex security services projects. Craft client-centric messaging: tailor bid responses to each client's needs and evaluation criteria, highlighting Securitas' expertise and understanding of security challenges. Quality assurance: conduct content reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to bid requirements. Content development: oversee the development of high-quality, compliant proposal content across technical, management, past performance, cost, etc. Strategic thinking: collaborate with Sales and Operations to translate strategies into clear, persuasive proposal content; shape themes, value points, and messaging. Schedule and resource management: develop and manage aggressive but achievable proposal schedules; proactively identify and mitigate risks. Process improvement: contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency. Market intelligence: stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements to inform proposal strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Criminal Justice, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in proposal management, with significant experience in the Security Services vertical preferred. Demonstrated experience leading and winning large, complex proposals within a global organization. Proficiency in M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with proposal management software (e.g., Responsive, Loopio). Experience leveraging AI is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. APMP certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Professional) highly preferred.
