Wishare Media Group
The Marketing & Influencer Specialist plays an integral role in Wishare Media Group’s marketing team, responsible for executing multi-platform marketing initiatives, managing brand social channels, and coordinating influencer collaborations that strengthen brand awareness and client growth. This full-time role requires strong creative instincts, organizational skills, and an understanding of both social media and influencer ecosystems.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company and client marketing goals.
Manage and maintain the company’s and clients’ official accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects brand tone and visual identity.
Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and maintain an active online presence.
Work collaboratively with the creative and design teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Identify, vet, and build partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and creators across multiple platforms.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, contract management, and deliverable tracking.
Develop and maintain a structured influencer database and performance records.
Support influencer content briefing and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaign objectives.
Campaign Coordination & Support
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns combining paid media, social content, and influencer activation.
Coordinate internal and external communications between influencers, creative, and project teams.
Track performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports summarizing ROI, engagement, and key insights.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign data, social media analytics, and performance indicators to optimize content and influencer impact.
Generate weekly and monthly reports to inform future strategy and performance improvements.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to enhance campaign efficiency.
