The Artistic Director will report to the President of the Board of Directors. Responsibilities
Develop and carry out artistic programming, collaborations and concerts that honor the mission of the Chorale and continue its legacy of excellence. Lead and inspire the artistic vision for the chorale; advocate for traditional classical music, new music, and innovative programming that includes social themes and cultural diversity. Collaborate with guest artists, ensembles and community partners to expand the chorale’s impact. Report to the President of the Board of Directors and work with the Board to align artistic goals with organizational strategy. Qualifications
Deep understanding of the power of choral music and a clear vision for expanding its community impact. Dynamic, visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and manage artistic programs and teams. Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in programming and outreach. Job Details
