Annual Bonus One of our best clients has retained our services to help them identify a President to lead the launch of a new injection molding operation in Saugerties, New York. The President will build and lead a state-of-the-art injection molding facility from the ground up. As the first employee, the President will establish the operational infrastructure, hire and develop a world-class team, and achieve profitability within 24 months while serving anchor customers with approximately $5M in guaranteed first-year revenue. This represents more than a startup. It's a de-risked opportunity to create an operation with the backing of an established holding company and proven production expertise from an existing facility. Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive responsibility in injection molding operations 10+ years managing cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments Proven track record in high-mix, low-volume, lean manufacturing environments with frequent mold changeovers (ideally experience with multiple changeovers per shift) Direct experience with engineering-grade thermoplastics processing (filled and unfilled grades) Experience managing 24/7, multi-shift manufacturing operations Knowledge of mold design and maintenance principles, with understanding of aluminum tooling advantages and quick-change systems preferred. Experience leading greenfield site startups or line expansions Strong P&L management experience, including capital investments, forecasting, and KPI oversight ERP implementation and management experience preferred Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including technical subject matter experts Lean manufacturing experience and certifications strongly preferred Ability to manage fast-paced 24/7 operations safely and effectively Qualities:
