Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain and component sales strategy to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-functional team of supply chain and sales personnel.

Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with suppliers, vendors, customers, and OEMs.

Oversee and negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best possible terms for quality, cost, service, and delivery.

Manage an effective inventory management system to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

Supervise all logistics and distribution operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customs.

Collaborate with maintenance, finance, and operations to forecast supply needs accurately.

Oversee all sales activities, including quoting, bidding, and negotiating contracts with airlines, brokers, and other end-users.

Ensure all supply chain and sales activities comply with strict company and regulatory agencies, including FAA.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on supply chain performance to senior management.

Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and solution-based selling.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, preferably within the aerospace or advanced manufacturing industries.

Extensive experience with Airline, MRO and supply chain management.

Proven track record of creating, executing, and improving supply management strategies in complex environments.

Leadership: strong leadership, team management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Analytical: excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with expertise in data analytics and forecasting.

Negotiation: expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Technical knowledge: deep understanding of aviation industry regulations, supply chain functionality, technology, including Excel and automation/software.

Communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and customers at all levels.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria.
